The eastern territory includes most of Virginia and West Virginia, eastern Kentucky, southeastern Ohio, and eastern Tennessee. The southern territory includes Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, western Georgia, panhandle Florida, eastern Arkansas, and western Tennessee.
